Departure: old carrilet station (C/ Pujada de l’Estació, 15).
This route is perhaps one of the most attractive from a scenic point of view and is highly recommended for more experienced users due to its difficulty (it includes an ascent from 175 m in Amer to 800 m in Sant Martí Sacalm). Highlights include panoramic views of the cinglera del Far, much of the comarca and neighbouring areas, as well as the pantans de Susqueda and el Pasteral on the Ter River. In addition, part of the route follows the carrilet Girona-Olot, one of Girona’s greenways.
