Departure: Caldes de Malavella Sports Area (Av. de Caldes, no number).
This is one of the easiest routes offered by the La Selva MTB/FCC Centre. It runs between the municipalities of Caldes de Malavella and Riudellots de la Selva across completely flat terrain. Three features stand out along the route: the visit to the hamlet of Franciac, dominated by its parish church; the panoramic view of the La Selva Plain; and the Onyar River, which runs parallel to the route for a considerable distance.
