Sarsanedes Mill

It is an old flour mill formed by a set of one-story buildings. The construction is made of masonry, rough stone and brick, with rectangular openings and framed with brick. Its characteristic feature is the use of water power to move a series of mechanisms that allowed the grain placed between two large stone millstones to be ground into flour for consumption. In 1910, it produced electricity for the first time in the municipality of Osor .
