The “Cuisine of Cim i Tomba” Gastronomic Campaign has a well-established history spanning more than twenty-five years of uninterrupted celebration in Tossa de Mar. Over this time, it has become one of the most representative gastronomic initiatives on the Costa Brava, keeping the town’s seafaring culinary heritage alive and strengthening Tossa de Mar’s gastronomic identity.
The campaign’s continuity over the decades demonstrates its deep social, cultural and economic roots, as well as the commitment of the restaurant sector and local institutions to preserving and promoting traditional cuisine.
