The Our Lady of the Coll Gathering, in Susqueda, is traditionally celebrated every May 1st at the Sanctuary of Our Lady of the Coll. This festival is a cultural, religious, and gastronomic gathering jointly organized by the town councils of Susqueda and Osor.
The day begins with a solemn mass inside the sanctuary, continues with a concert by local choirs—such as the Coral Josep Ruhí de Bescanó and the Coral Rosó d’Osor—and ends with vermouth and a popular lunch. Usually, lunch consists of a large rice dish at the Restaurant del Coll, with privileged views of the Guilleries, the Collsacabra, the Susqueda reservoir and the Osor valley.
