Low Fountain – Amer

This fountain has much in common with Fountain Alta, starting with its location, as they are on the same street. They have a very similar structure and, moreover, the water that flows in both cases comes from the spring of Can Desoi.

The masonry structure has a rectangular floor plan and is covered with a vault. It is also plastered and painted yellow and features two benches, one on each side of the structure, with the spout in the centre inside a stone semicircular arch.

The ceramic plaque where the name of the fountain can be read shows various characters and animals carved in relief and is signed by the Friends of Amer.
