Two sections of the GR92 Mediterranean Trail pass through Lloret de Mar , a long-distance trail (583 km) that runs along the entire Catalan coastline showing small coves , beaches and Catalan maritime landscapes . The itinerary begins in Portbou , in the heart of the Costa Brava, and ends in Ulldecona, after crossing the Ebro Delta.
The trail, as it passes through the region of La Selva, runs along almost 30 kilometres of inland tracks, from the Cadiretes massif to the Tordera river. Throughout the route you can admire both forest landscapes, with the white pine as the protagonist, and various coves and beaches.
The coastal paths (old paths used to protect the territory from maritime attacks and smugglers) offer the opportunity to pass through emblematic places following the cliffs .
