The Gastronomic Campaign of “La Cuina del Cim i Tomba” has a consolidated history of more than twenty-five years of continuous celebration in Tossa de Mar. Over this time, it has become one of the most representative gastronomic initiatives on the Costa Brava, keeping the municipality’s culinary and marine legacy alive and reinforcing the gastronomic identity of Tossa de Mar.
The continuity of the campaign over the decades demonstrates its social, cultural and economic roots, as well as the involvement of the restaurant sector and local institutions in the preservation and promotion of traditional cuisine.
