Departure: old tram station (C/ Pujada de l’Estació, 15).
This route is perhaps one of the most attractive from a landscape point of view, in addition to being highly recommended for more expert users, due to its difficulty (it includes an ascent from 175 m in Amer to 800 m in Sant Martí Sacalm). The panoramic views of the cliff of Far, of much of the region and neighboring counties and of the reservoirs of Susqueda and Pasteral, on the Ter River, stand out. In addition, it shares part of its route with the Girona-Olot footpath, one of the Girona greenways.
