The first documentary information dates back to 1705 and seems to refer to the neighbouring house of Cal Segador, on the other side of the road. The tradition of the house as a hotel dates back to the 18th century (Can Grabolosa), which was part of the complex located on both sides of the old Royal Road that led to Barcelona along the Maresme coast. It is a two-storey building with an attic, with a basilica structure, with a roof of lateral slopes and a typical Catalan cornice. The original structure of the farmhouse is perfectly preserved and continues to operate in the form of two restaurants. Of the constructive elements, it is worth noting that the old oven can still be seen on the right side wall.
