The church of Sant Dalmai is located in the settlement of the same name and forms part of the parish complex of Vilobí d’Onyar. It is a building of medieval origin that was extensively transformed between the 16th and 18th centuries, incorporating Renaissance and Baroque elements.
The church has a rectangular floor plan with a square apse and a simple yet very characteristic façade. The entrance doorway has a straight lintel dated 1590 and is topped by a shell-shaped niche containing the image of the saint. The bell tower is a square structure with two levels of semicircular arched openings and a pyramidal roof. The interior preserves its modified structure, with side chapels and devotional spaces.
The current building is the result of a historical evolution combining 12th-century phases with later renovations from the 16th, 17th and 18th centuries, consolidating its present form as the parish church of the settlement.
