The Vidreres Jazz Festival is a series of concerts held in tribute to the founders of the Vidreres Jazz Club, where renowned artists once performed. Over three days, the town becomes a hub for lovers of this musical genre.
The festival was created with the aim of promoting jazz music in the La Selva region. At the same time, it pays tribute to the founders of the Vidreres Jazz Club from the 1950s, which brought historical figures such as Louis Armstrong, Lionel Hampton, and Tete Montoliu to the municipality.
Recently, the municipality has also incorporated initiatives such as the “En Clau d’Estiu” series, which programs a variety of genres including jazz, gospel, and classical music on fridays in July.
