The fortress on the plain: from the Sant Cebrià de Fogars Hermitage, this short section of the Tordera Trail offers a magnificent view of the Tordera River. Once you reach Hostalric, a town declared a National Historic Monument in 1963, you can take a guided tour of the town walls and castle to learn about their history.
