The growing phenomenon of summer holidays led to the construction of the current building in the <a href=\"https:\/\/enselvat.cat\/en\/municipi\/caldes-de-malavella\/\">center of the town<\/a> in the second half of the 19th century. The new building, with an eclectic taste, which is characterized by the use of architectural elements from different periods, had to be expanded in 1912, following the project of the architect Eusebi Bona i Puig.
