The Sardana d’Angl\u00e8s Gathering is a sardana gathering that is held in the Font del Cany\u00f3 Park.<\/p>\n

On June 19, 1955, under the trees of Can Bur\u00e9s, the Montgrins band started the first Sardana Gathering in Angl\u00e8s. Since then, it has become a deeply rooted tradition in the municipality: dedicating an entire day, from morning to evening, to dancing and listening to sardanas.<\/p>\n

The Aplec takes place every year on the third Sunday of June and brings together groups and participants from all over Catalonia. During the day, the Floricel Rosa d’Or Award is also presented, a recognition for people who have stood out for their work in promoting the sardanas and Catalan traditions.<\/p>\n
